How Do I Get A Quote?

What Kind of Artwork do I Need to Prepare?
It does depend on your merch. However, a good starting point is to consider your brand colours, logo, and any unique creative assets.
An SVG file is the best. PNG file at 300dpi is is also great but you can provide JPG too. If you’re not sure, reach out. We’re here to help.
Will I be able to Approve my Design?
Absolutely, yes.
We know you’re investing in your business image and we want to get it right for you. Once you’ve selected your merch and sent in your designs, we’ll prepare a proof of the items for you to check placement, logos, images, fonts, styles and spelling. Nothing goes to print without your approval.
What's the Minimum Order?
It doesn’t exist! We can make one of something, if one is all you need.
However, you can realise efficiencies in a tiered pricing structure when you order larger quantities.
We are able to negotiate better prices for your inventory and we pass that saving on to you when you buy in bulk. We’ll be sure to present you with these options before you confirm your order so you can make the best decision with all the information.
How Long will my Merch Take?
We can make most things within a few weeks but depending on the season, lead times can vary. If you have a looming deadline please let us know and we’ll do our best to prioritise your order.
If you’re after express merch and need something urgently, give us a call. We’ll do our absolute best to offer you a sweet solution.
Do You Keep my Artwork on file?
Yes, we love efficient process. You can reorder very easily without doing anything further or we can apply your previous designs to new merch. We do all the fine tuning so you can stay focused on running your business and getting excited about how good you’re going to look when it’s ready.
Where Do You Ship to?
We ship Australia-wide.
We can also provide you a tracking number once it’s on the way so you can see where it is and know when you can expect it.
Shipping costs are totally dependent on your selected merch items and quantity. Good communication is very important to us and we value transparency. We’ll include shipping costs on your quote and there’ll be no other hidden fees or charges.
What are the Payment Options?
When you approve your quote, we’ll send you a tax invoice. You can pay your invoice via credit card or debit card through our encrypted secure online payment system, or via bank transfer.
Can I Talk Through My Idea with Somone?
That’s a big yes from us! Having a chat can be a brilliant and effective way to identify goals, soundboard ideas and seek clarification. Please feel free to get in touch and we can make a time to connect, learn about you and present you with some fabulous merch solutions.
What's the Smallest thing you've made?
We make lots of small things… earrings, children’s craft characters, baby clothes, key rings, name badges, puzzle pieces etc.
What's the Biggest thing you've made?
We made a large round hobbit-style door from reclaimed timber for use as a short film prop. It was big, heavy and very unique. It looked awesome and received a lot of compliments.
Close second is Christmas pageant float decorations for a local truck company.
What's been the Most Fun to Make?
